Has anyone heard of this? Jennifer Beals is coming out with a photography book in December 2009. The book will consist of photographs she took of herself and the cast, as well as some scripts and memos, etc from the show. I heard about this a month or so ago and I am really excited for it. Honestly, I wasn't a huge fan of the show (horrible storylines and characters were too much for me. But I really love the idea of this book. I am trying to become a photographer every day and the photos she takes are the kind that I aspire to take. Plus, part f the proceeds are going to the Matthew Sheppard fund.

I am so sorry everyone for not posting. I have been so bad. I need to work harder to make this blog a good one. I am going to try and create a new post everyday in Nov, and see how it goes from there. I will def post something tomorrow.

Same Sex in the City

I read this book about a year ago, last summer. It is called "Same Sex in the City (So Your Prince Charming is Really a Cinderella)

The book is from the perspective of a few different lesbians. What I loved most about this book was that it was geared towards femme lesbians. Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike butches or anything like that, but it was nice to have a book that I could relate to.

There are various different topics covered in this book, such as dating and heartbreak, as well as coming out, and raising a family.

The topics are in the form of a short story, told by different women.

I recommend it to all woman.
